Welcome to the spring issue of the Museum News Forum, a space where participating museums can efficiently share with our readers and their colleagues not only their upcoming exhibitions but also their research projects, publications, and new acquisitions. I am delighted to announce that we have a new member; the National Academy Museum and School of Fine Arts has agreed to join to The Clark, the Dahesh Museum, the Van Gogh Museum and the Zimmerli Museum.

One institution at a time, this brings us closer to our goal of a Museum News Forum, where at the click of a mouse, readers can travel from Amsterdam to New York, from London to Munich, from Paris to New Haven and receive targeted information that can enrich their own professional practices. As more museums join the Museum News Forum, we look forward to a stronger dialogue between museum professionals and to allow our readers to become more aware of what is specifically going on in the field of nineteenth-century art.

Heartfelt thanks go to Nineteenth-Century Art Worldwide Managing Editor Petra ten-Doesschate Chu for her support and to our webmaster Emily Pugh for her patience and technical expertise. I am most grateful for the support I received from key staff members in participating museums, who generously contributed the information for this forum: Christine Williams, Director of Communication at the National Academy Museum and School of Fine Arts, Natalie Bos from the Press Office of the Van Gogh Museum, Paula Webster, Director of Communication and Marketing at the Dahesh Museum, Sarah Hoffman Public Relations and Marketing Assistant at The Clark, and Rebecca Brenowitz, Community Relations Coordinator at the Zimmerli Museum. I look forward to continuing my close collaboration with them.

I hope you will enjoy the latest installment of the Museum News Forum.

Véronique Chagnon-Burke, Director of Studies, Christie's Education
